Newsweek backs down
I know the article incited a riot which killed 17 people, but I think it's disappointing that Newsweek retracted their piece which mentioned American interrogators flushing a Koran down the toilet. Since when did journalists cave in to political pressure?

I just stumbled across your blog, but from what I've heard -riots and death have been going on continously for awhile. This Newsweek article is nearly a pretext. The newsweek article has also not been disproven. Is it just another instance when attack the source is the only answer?
