And to think...I though growing up in Sacramento was hot

Homeless are dying on the streets, 18 to be exact, due to a record heat wave that is sweeping through Arizona.

"I don't know why I'm not burnt to pieces," said Chris Cruse in an Associated Press article, 48, after taking refuge in a shelter.

The heat reached 109 on Wendsday, and during the coolest part of the day, didn't fall below 89 degrees.

Crazy isn't it?

Wow. That's a lot of people. Thank God it doesn't get that hot in most other places.
